Leading Provider of Residential and Nursing Care

Multiple recruitment suppliers scattered around the country and no unified management approach meant this nationwide care-provider was looking for a fast and consistent solution to fulfil its temporary staffing needs.

Real-time resource tracking software

We used our expertise managing supply chains in the Public sector to develop a service that was tailored specifically for their needs. Our large database of qualified temporary care providers ensured we could get people to where they were needed fast. This allowed us to increase productivity, as we worked out how best to reutilise staff. Our technology allows users to book temporary workers for several shifts in several different locations over the course of a week, making life easier for everyone.

Web-based contract management

Our internet contract management system further simplified and sped up the process. It allows managers to track staff from initial engagement right up to invoicing. Plus, being able to view data from all over the country means managers can identify where problems could arise - an area needing a disproportionate number of temps, for example - and prevent the issues before they escalate.

Fast delivery of staff

The nature of their business meant we had to act fast: consistent supply of high quality staff is critical to providing the necessary care. Even though the process was set in motion in the busy period just before Christmas, we were able to deliver the solution within six weeks.

More positions filled
Since we first provided our temporary staffing solution to this client, job fulfilment has increased from 92% to 98.5%.
