We supply this Government department with all grades of administrative personnel; from admin assistants to executive officers. We currently have staff in over 20 locations within six divisions. All organisations within the department can acquire temporary staff through this arrangement, which means we need to be responsive, flexible and fast to fit the individual brief.
Hitting tight deadlines
When the one of the divisions of the Government department asked us to supply 85 temporary staff into 10 offices from Plymouth to Falkirk, we hopped to it. The results were so successful, the division decided to recruit a further 115 temporary staff to complete the project – which we supplied within the required timeframe of one week. We now supply 250 temporary staff at any one time.
Volume recruitment
We were also awarded a contract to manage assessment centres to supply a Government-funded employment agency with 10,500 customer service advisors. We arranged recruitment events across the country, interviewing and assessing 30,000 applicants in a nine-month period in order to fill the vacancies.
